All Sales Are Final

At this time, all purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@soleilandlunee.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • change of mind;
  • incorrect size selection;
  • buyer’s remorse;
  • sale items;
  • gift cards; or
  • personalized or custom-made products.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered except in cases where required by law, where an order cannot be fulfilled by us, or where we approve a refund due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
