Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Soleil and Lunee__ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also contact us at dyamondgray21@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help you locate your package.

Damaged Packages

Domestic Shipping
